See each correct response in JEE-Main rewards you 4 marks so if you attempted 39 (13+16+10) questions correctly then your total marks will be 39*4=156 if you did not attempt any question incorrectly.

As a commerce student,You are not eligible to take BTech.It is not possible to do Bachelor of Technology when you have completed your class 12 with commerce stream.But the commerce of CBSE  and two year syllabus of science of NIOS Board is same.So you can surely appear physics and chemistry

No , chemistry is not compulsory, math and physics is compulsory. And you have to add any one subject with is two like Biology/Chemistry/Bio-Technology/ Electronics/Computer Science with a language subject English.
