M.sc in forensic science can be pursued after completing graduation. the course is of two years duration. forensic science deals with  investigation, crime, research, drugs etc. Applicants must complete a graduate degree in science with relevant subjects from a recognized board, qualifying marks criteria may differ college to college.

Yes NCERT is good for p,d and f blocks.The chapters have been discussed here broadly and one could easily get a good understandings if they study these chapters from NCERT.There are ample number of short questions from these chapters which clear the doubts too.

It all depends on your interest between biology and computer science, if you are interested in bio and want bio to be part of further studies than don't change the subject, but if you want to do further studies with computer science then change the subject.
