The education eligibility criteria for NEET unreserved candidates mention that  a minimum of 50% has to be obtained in the 10+2 examinations with Physics, Chemistry and Biology (PCB) as the major subjects.

To be eligible for neet , one needs to pass 12th with English and PCB (in both the theory and practical) with at least 50 % in aggregate of PCB ( in theory +practical) in 12th examination if belongs to general category, or else at least 45% in aggregate marks

Yes, in Class 12 result, minimum 50% aggregate in Physics , Chemistry & Biology is required to be eligible for MBBS admission through NEET . This 50% includes both Practical & Theory added together. This is made mandatory by Medical Council of India.
