Since your score is below the 50th percentile, you won't be qualified for admissions through NEET counselling, if you belong to general category !

But since the qualifying criteria is different for other categories like OBC, SC, ST, etc. you won't have a problem if you belong to any

your Marks is very low. And I don't want to disheartened you but with this Marks selection in any central university is not possible. So don't apply for counselling because it will gonna be wastage of money and I would suggest you to apply for another universities.
