I would suggest you to go through whole chapter. Whole portion seems more important.  Every year jee asks at least one question for mains. It seems to be difficult to go through chapter, but if you will go through 4-5 times  you will remember every thing.

In science stream according to last year's analysis for msc chemistry (DU) it was 222 (general category) based on entrance and based on merit the cutoff was 79.21(general category). This year it will be somewhat the same, not much difference will be there.
