Hello sachin, for changing your stream from B.com to BCA it depends on your college that does your college allow you to change. But generally you can't change your course from B.com to BCA because they are entirely different courses. B.Com is commerce course and BCA is a computer course.

I assume you are asking for jee main exam, see at this rank you have less chances for government colleges let along nits, iiits . nits has 85% seats are reserve for domicile candidates. however cutoff score changes every year and depends on certain factors like number of candidates
