There is no fee concession in Delhi University for OBC candidates. However, every college has certain scholarship benefit for its students. I have 74.6% in my 12 board exam because I have 65 marks in Chemistry and 70 in physics, so if I will give only these 2 subjects improvement exam in 2021 then these 2 subjects marksheet will be accepted by iits/nits/bitsat during admission or I have to give all 5 subjects improvement exam?

The improvement exam is given for the specific subject only in which you wish to improve your grades, better than your original ones. It's not required that you have to give improvement exam for every subject.
