Marks obtained by you in BSC doesn't matter when it comes to neet eligibility what matters is your class 12th board examination marks / percentage.

To be eligible for neet examination, must have passed your class 12th board examination with at least a minimum of 50% marks taken together

I'd suggest you to go for B.Sc. Chemistry or any degree, in general, with English medium only. It might be difficult for some to deal with English but, you know, this medium gives you a vast exposure as compared to the courses pursued in regional languages.

its natural to get worry about the future , because we dont know how long  the corona pandemic will last,  see msc and law are the two different subjects and if you are interested for msc you should go for it, for msc subjects microbiology or biotechnology is best
