You haven't mentioned your Category. This is important because to be eligible for NEET, you should complete your 12th, pass in all subjects and secure a minimum aggregate of 50% in Physics, Chemistry and Biology. It is 50% for General Category, 45% for PWD and 40% for OBC,SC,ST. So please

Hello Aspirant

If you belong to open category you need 50%  in your 12th board. and 40% in case you are in reserved category.

That is the basic requirement for NEET.

Anything less that the minimal bar and you won't be allowed to write NEET exam.
