Along with physics and chemistry you might have biology or maths to revise. So according to your stream , I mean NEET or JEE mains, ,you must give your half time to your main Subject that is biology or maths. Other half to Physics and Chemistry.

I am afraid you will not be able to get any NIT with the marks that you have got . Even if you have been a SC or ST it will still be difficult. The safe marks for securing admission into a NIT will be around 29-35 marks
