Hello Aspirant, Top 20 percentile of any board is calculated by marks scored in five subjects which are

Maths

Chemistry

Physics

Language subject

Any subject other than physics, chemistry, Maths, language paper


So you can't neglected chemistry while calculating top 20 percentile.

my sister got pcb aggregate 50 percent (open category) but she was given 5 marks grace in chemistry to pass her in chemistry otherwise she would have failed so she got 50 percent including this grace marks is she eligible for neet 2020

The eligibility criteria for NEET 2020 is:

Candidates must have passed 10+2 or equivalent with Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology and English as core subjects from a recognized board.

The qualifying marks for Unreserved category is 50%.

Note:The marks to be considered are aggregate marks only for PCB subjects.

for jee main April attempt I had not prepared few topics in chemistry like s block p block d block f block so what minimum things I can do for these topics or whether I should leave these topics totally?????

It is better you prepare P Block , but if you have a good grip over all other topics of Chemistry, then you may leave it.

p block is very important topic in JEE Mains, you know the answer and you can solve a question easily.
