Vartika, you needn't study Physics and Chemistry once again. Your regular board marks will be considered. But because you did not study Biology in your 12th, you have to study Biology as an additional subject through NIOS. The marks scored in Physics and Chemistry through regular board and marks scored

Because you already have studied Physics and Chemistry in your 12th, you need to take up Biology as an additional subject from NIOS and appear for NEET. And aggregate of Physics and Chemistry from your 12th and Biology from your NIOS will be calculated and you should score an aggregate

Well generally the syllabus devised for graduate courses around universities is India is same for same courses. Hence for masters you will need to complete all the coursework that you have studied in your three years of bachelor and then give the exam.

According to the government medical colleges eligibility criteria, you require minimum 50% marks in 10+2 with physics, chemistry, biology and English.

Also, If you fail in the optional subject then the result will come out as PASS.

see at this score you have less chances for  iits, however since you have qualifies you may participate in counselling process, as per previous years score you have chances in nit agartala, nit arunachal pradesh, nit meghalaya. but I suggest you also to try to apply in state government
