As you mentioned you will be preparing the whole 11th and 12th Biology, then analysing the NEET 2020 paper pattern, out of 720, 360 marks are for Biology, therefore you can easily score 320+ if you score 100% marks in Biology, and if you prepare inorganic chemistry too,
