To check your eligibility for neet examination, your pcb aggregate is considered. Your aggregate in pcb is 49+51+57=157 = 52 % , thus you are eligible for neet examination as minimum percentage required to be eligible for Neet examination is 50% aggregate  in pcb for general category.

You can study msc in chemistry from IIT  ..but for that you can give the iitjam exam and score a good rank .  It is a merit based exam. You have to give the exam with paper code CY. Only securing a very good rank will ensure your admission. But
