the iits offered msc in chemistry is TB, IITD, IITGN, IITG, IITH, IITI, IITK, IITM, IITR. the eligibility criteria is Bachelor's degree with Chemistry for three years or six semesters and Mathematics at the (10+2) level. so you are not eligible.
