can i do masters on biochemistry after doing bsc on chemistry though i did not have biology during my bachelors

Hello Aspirant,

Yes it is possible to do M.Sc Biochemistry after B.Sc in Chemistry.


However, you will be allowed only in certain colleges and not all. This is because most volleges require you to have studied Botany/Zoology/Microbiology/ any life science subject with Chemistry in your Bachelor's.

Actually 10th pass certificate is for purpose of D.O.B proof. Also if you will go for MBA in top colleges then you marks in 10th does natters but for engineering or other graduation course its not very important.But it totally depend in the institution as it might as you

Organic has more weightage than inorganic and physical 

So out of 45 questions in chemistry you can expect 18-20 questions from organic chemistry.
