Hello Pradnya, Yes, you are eligible to apply for the 2020 NEET exam. The eligibility criteria regarding the board marks of SC category states that the candidate must score at least 40% marks in 12th board exams with biology as a mandatory subject. Given that you have scored 50% marks

Yes you are eligible for engineering but you have to give the entrances exam or in some top privates college they also want good marks in pcm above 60% in 12  you should give improvement or show good performance in entrance exams

In ojee registration it required phy,math (comp) or any other subject. So can I give computer science in the option is chemistry mandatory

Hi, 

In OJEE Phys and Math is compulsory subject and any one subject they given in the list.

So, you can choose Computer science over chemistry if you are comfortable in it. Chemistry is not mandatory in OJEE.
