Hello aspirant,

In any case, individual marks will not carry any weightage in your admission. It is the percentile that they will look for. It doesn't matter if you scored less in a subject and more in other subject.

kindly mention the course or college you are talking about 

some colleges asks for aggregate percentage means you have overall 50% in you exams and some colleges ask for individual 50 percentile so please make sure if your college asks for aggregate or individual percentile

Yes,you can pursue Bachelor of Science in Chemistry.
There are various colleges across India that offer this course for instance, Hindu College,Hansraj College,Sri Venkateswara College,Daulat Ram,Calcutta University,St.Xaviers College Mumbai etcetera.
The admission to this course are either through merit or entrance test depending upon the college.
