Looking at previous year and their cutoff in the 4th round, There isn't much of a change. If you could tell me what rank was the closing rank for round 3 in the sc category for the btech course you wanted, maybe i can look deeply into it,

You are eligible for NEET.As per the latest guidelines the eligibility criteria for reserved candidates is that a aggregate of 40% in physics, chemistry and biology(PCB).
Also the system of number of attempta has been removed and the candidates can appear for the entrance examination as many times

Yes you can apply for Msc in Physics. You did your Bsc in Physics so there is no problem in it to study Msc in physics further.

For admission to Anna University, Chennai you are required to score minimum 50% marks (45% marks for reserved category) on average in 12th examinations with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics as compulsory subjects.

What was previous year cut off for MSc Chemistry in CUCET for central university of Rajasthan?

Hey!
Last year cut off for M.Sc. Chemistry in Central University Common Entrance Test(CUCET) is as follows:
General:45
OBC: 36
SC: 33

The cutoff is same irrespective of the specialization i.e. inorganic/organic/physical/medicinal chemistry.

This year's cutoff will be released in mid June.

Neet eligibility criteria regarding marks in 12th board is-
UR - 50%, OBC/SC/ST - 40%, PWD - 45% (minimum aggregate marks only for PCB subjects).

The eligibility criteria for pursuing physiotherapy course is 10+2 with physics , englush ,chemistryand biology with a minimum of 50% in physics ,chemistry and  biology .But since , you are getting 48.67% in PCB which is less than 50% , so clearly you are ineligible for physiotherapy.But there are many

              Jee paper 2  is for admissions to B.arch course in NIT colleges around the country.

              As per the eligibility criteria set by the government for paper 2 a candidate must have PCM in +2 and must secure a min. of 50% of marks in each subject as well
