Hey,
Well,yes. The syllabus for medical and engineering entrance is based on the syllabus of class 11th and 12th Physics and Chemistry. However,the way the questions are framed is different as in you will have to follow separate strategies to solve the questions.

Hello, 

You can appear for Neet 2020 since they need 50% aggregate in pcb and you have 56%. Other than eligibility, class 12 marks doesn't matter in neet since the allotment of colleges are solely based on the neet ranks. Don't worry you are above the required cutoff comfortably.
