No, I don't think so you have to give the practical exam again and again. You have to appear only in the theory part and your practical marks will be carried forward and accounted for if you have already cleared the practical. It totally depends on your wish.

If you are not confident about your current appearence in NEET 2019 then i would suggest taking a repeaters course one year in a good institution and reappear for NEET in 2020. Then the chances of getting a govt. seat in your desired college will be high. A

Congratulations on scoring well in your entrance test. Speaking of the cutoff for 2019 in Cochin university, the merit list and the expected cutoff list will be out in the month of June 2019. So you will have to wait and see whether you can qualify or no.
