There are two ways of getting admission in merit based courses in Delhi University.
1)  Best of four percentage
2)  Aggregate of PCM marks

Each course has its own requirements. Some courses like Chemistry hons. and physics Hons.  Do take into account an aggregate of PCM marks and courses like

yes you can apply for Anna University. you are with in the opening marks and closing marks. you can go for any branch you like.

for example marks range:-

for cse:- 77-200

for EEE:- 77-199

for ECE:- 77-200

Physics plus chemistry plus biology equals 150 marks

Assuming your total marks for each subject is 100 your aggregate in Physics, Chemistry and Biology, comes out to be 50 percent. And if you have passed in English, you are eligible for NEET UG Entrance Examination.
