Yes DUET conducted by delhi university is for engineering too, eligibility criteria -

  • Candidates must have qualified their Class 12th and must have secured an aggregate of 60% marks in the qualifying examination.
  • Candidates must have secured at least 60% marks in four subjects which must include Mathematics as compulsory

Hi, yes you can apply for both AIIMS MBBS exam and JIPMER examination.
To apply for AIIMS you should have completed 17 years on or before December 31,2019 and pass 10+2 from a recognized board with at least 60% marks for general categoy and 50% marks for ST/SC/OBC category.
