Yes, you are eligible to do the Post graduation. 50% in UG from a recognized university is the general eligibility to join for PG. As you have 53% you are eligible, some of the universities will increase their eligibility % based on their standard and application numbers.

Sorry to hear that. But NTA is the exam conducting authority for NEET. And your board exams are conducted by the respective Board authorities. So NTA cannot add grace marks to your subject. Or else you can apply for re-evaluation. They can see if there is a way but that
