Unfortuntely , Guru gobind singh Indraprastha university doesnot offer B.Sc chemistry course . 

It only offers B.Sc hons ( nursing) and B.Sc ( Medical laboratory technician) course of 3 years duration .

No, you cannot substitute physics subject with some other subject. Physics is the very important subject for engineering admission.

So you will have to score more than 50 % in physics.
