Hi Rushi , if you study last 3-4 years questions by understanding its logic clearly then you can score up to 60% to 70% in paper. The chances of marks may vary depend on varaity and number of questions you prepare.

The books that you are referring for JEE are pretty good and are pretty much the standard books that must be followed. Just in case of inorganic chemistry, I would recommend you to study through JD LEE along with NCERT instead of Kapil Kumar. Also you could try

In Chemistry question paper, you will hardly find any numerical. The only chapter containing numerical is surface chemistry. So there are chances that you will find one numerical from the chapter.
There is no such exact weightage but in class 12 the physical chemistry is of 23 marks

Admission process for Ph.D. in Chemistry is carried over by considering the merit score of the student in their exam and mostly of the some institutes conduct entrance exams and there would be a personal interview too’ which is carried by the institute that varies or else
If you are good at comprehension & you might do that.
My suggestion would be to first analyse your retain capacity.
See whatever you read do you remember that.
There is no advantage of speed reading without retaining concepts.
