yes it is possible to score 450+ marks in neet without physics but you gave to focus like eagle eye in chemistry and biology.

ncert is sufficient for biology, organic chemistry and inorganic chemistry.

For keam the marks you obtained in plus two is only considered.And unlike in other degree courses, for B.Tech marks of physics, chemistry and mathematics are considered and for B.Pharm and other medical related admissions, PCB is considered.
