Use these books mentioned below after you have finished the NCERT textbooks of PCM completely.
Maths:Das gupta and RD Sharma.
Physics: H.C.Verma and IE irodov.
Chemistry: Numerical Chemistry by p.Bahadur, Inorganic chemistry :Balaji,Himanshu Pandey for Organic chemistry.
The above mentioned books emphasize on problem solving.

530 approx is always safe marks to crack neet in any state except Rajasthan so if you focus on only chemistry and biology then give your 100% to chemistry and biology.
