For admission to B.Pharm.:   Candidates should have passed the 12th examination of 10+2 system from a recognized Central or State board or its equivalent with Physics, Chemistry and Biology (PCB) and adequate proficiency in English. However candidates with PCM may also apply for Pharmacy program.

It is hard to get 100 marks  because only NCERT is not sufficient to build up your concepts and it also does not provide that much practice you really need.

to score good marks what i can suggest you is that at first you need to be clear with the basic concepts and be thorough with the NCERT books as most of the questions will be asked from NCERT only.  For Maths, the more you practise the better you get
