No , the B.Sc fashion design doesn't consist of the physics , chemistry and maths as main subjects. The subjects included are Analytical Drawing, Basic Photography, Colour Mixing , Creative Jewellry , Design Process etc.

The only affect will be that it's required to be eligible to give JAM exam. You need to score the minimum marks as mentioned to give the exam. It's 55% aggregate in B.Sc for general category and 50% for SC / ST

According to th eligibility criteria for bitsat2019
The candidate must scored a minimum of 75% aggregate marks in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics subjects. In case candidate has opt for Biology in BITSAT 2019, he/she should have scored a minimum of aggregate 75% marks in Physics, Chemistry and Biology subjects.
