the Truman volumes of biology are required for 10th in preparing you for neet apart from books by veer Bala rastogi and the Dinesh series
for chemistry you can use books live op Agarwal and op tandon and for physics you can use Arihant series SL Arora like books

Yes NCERT IS sufficient for chemical bonding as questions in the NEER are mostly NCERT based and if you understand the concept of chemical bonding from the NCERT then you don't face any difficulty in solving the NEET level problems. Just make sure that you understand the concepts properly.

I can help you with better information.kcet exam carry both 1st and 2nd year of puc syllabus.you are weak in chemistry then go for other 2 subject more then only you can get good score and try to read and practice problems chemistry  also

Your aggregate marks is 53.66. Yes, you are eligible to giving the entrance exams of engineering colleges but some exam is required 55 % but in most of the exams you are eligible. Don't lose hope and prepare for the entrance exam.
