Yes NCERT book of Chemistry is very good for MHCET 2019 provided you read all the chapters,  you also know the concepts in each chapter and also solve the exercises given behind each chapter.

what are you referring to if you are referring to board marks know then I am sorry you need to score a minimum of 50% in each of physics chemistry and biology and even 49% in those two other subjects are not going to work since you are going to

After 12 you can go for btech stream which includes medical and engineering  ,degree stream .
