You need to score the cut off marks specified by the college. The cut off is College specific and it changes every year depending on the total number of candidates appeared, difficulty level of examination and total number of seats available etc. Taking in to consideration the past years cut off you need to score minimum 480 or above if you are from other state to get seat in Government Medical college in Chattisgarh. If you belong to home state category you need to score minimum 300-420 marks or above. As said cut off changes every year depending on the above mentioned factors.

If you are looking for admission in to NITs in any branch you do not have chances because your overall expected rank will be in between 228231-256565 and the category rank is going to be around 50,000. You need to score minimum 94-95 percentile to have decent chances of getting seat in NIT and IIIT. So if you are aiming to get admission in to NIT or IIIT prepare for JEE Main upcoming sessions and score well.
You also have chances of qualifying in JEE Main. The qualifying cut off percentile for ST category was 39.0696101 for JEE Main 2020. For JEE Main 2021 it is expected to be in between 40-45 percentile. Cut off changes every year depending on number of candidates appeared, difficulty level of exam and number of seats available etc.
