As per previous year cutoff ranks in CGPET, with a rank of 6220 you have low chances to get any Government Colleges through CGPET. Even the last ranks in Government Colleges close around 5k rank(considering your category rank too) last year.

There are many colleges under Cgpet and for different college different number of seats are alloted.It depends on the number of candidate they can accomodate ,their minimum cutoff and various other factors.And allotment for jeemains and cgpet exam are alloted separately and candidate have to register them
