Hi,for admission in bit,durg in computer science branch a general category rank around 400 in 2017 was needed and for other branches and it moved up to 1500 for other branches. It doesn't consider obc ranks of cgpet to my knowledge it doesn't considered in previous years.

I don't think you can take admission without passing a subject in your 12th Board Examination. You have to reappear and pass with atleast minimum required aggregate in that subject.

As per previous year cutoffs in CG PET, with a rank of 2853 you can get Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics & Telecommunications Engineering in BIT Durg(as per Round 3 for CG PET Qualified Candidates) .

the admission through the BITS BHILAI is through the marks of the candidate secured in the CGPET if you are from general category yoou should be secured minimum 90 marks to get a CSE seat in BITS
