i think you cant apply for CG PET Exam because it need +2 aggregate marks of PCM/PCB.
but you can do b.tech,because some universities allow diploma degree holders to direct 2nd year.

you can't get admitted in nit raipur with the cg pet exam.because it wont accept cg pet marks, you can check it out through this link:
