Hey student,
The average salary you can get varies from the post but the average salary is 7-30 dollar an hour because it is not a tip based job and if you are in a higher post or an expensive place of usa you can get more than it but federal government has these fixed rates that is you'll not get below 7 dollar per hour in us
All the best student,
Hope this helps you
Dear aspirant!
Hope you are doing great! There are many factors which decide our posting in foreign countries ,also one of the major is language which is must we must know the language where we will work.Another is demand ,if your demand will be more in any country for something then you have to go their ,here language doesn't matter because English is common language, another factor is relation with the country ,if our national relation good with a country the high chances for our people to go their for job.Hence these factors decide Posting in other countries.
Thanking you!

Dear aspirant
From my suggestion you are taking right decision to drop from online MBBS course and want to reappear for NEET.
Actually MBBS course is full of clinical skill and exposure if you don't get these two things, reading mbbs is useless if you want to practice. Otherwise if you just want to gain knowledge then you can continue, later in life you may prefer job like college professor.
There is no harm in attempting neet exam as of now there is no age limit. So you can try as much you can and improve your performance.
Also indian Medical education is far better than europian Chinese country. Even if you do BDS BAMS from India college.
You can join any online/offline classes for neet preparation and give your best.
You can try our neet knockout program

Hope this information helps you
All the best

For summary, No it's not a necessity to have Chinese in your 10+2 if you want to pursue BA in Chinese from JNU. In the entrance exam they ask questions from section that comprises of, English, General Knowledge, Artificial language and Reasoning.
Buy some past year question paper for the exam in order to decode the important topics for the exam.
Hope that helps.
