Don't worry among the three Punjabi University is the best one. Apart from these three colleges some other good colleges are-

1) Khalsa College

2) Bharathiar University

3) Panjab University.

You can check these also but according to the datas Punjabi is the best one among these option.

Your chances of getting admission into Chitkara University on the basis of JEE main is quite difficult. You can apply for direct or merit based admission into Chitkara University as their eligibility criteria states that the candidate must have scored above 60% in class 12 to get admission

Let me be completely honest, the only thing that TIT&S lacks is a good infrastructure, the buildings are very old. Hostel rooms are worse, labs and equipments aren't impressive either, there is literally a junkyard amidst of workshops and labs.

That being said

Being an alumnus of LPU i would prefer LPU. I have done my Graduation from LPU and working in a reputed company. My sister and Cousin sister all the Graduated from LPU only, so surely it is the best University. LPU focuses on the overall growth of the students.
