I'll suggest Chandigarh University's B.tech in Electronics and Communication Engineering due to its good alumni network. The alumnis are well placed and also it provides a good platform. It doesn't mean that Amity University doesn't provide good platform but now Chandigarh is good.

So in my opinion Chandigarh

It is located on NH95, Chandigarh-Ludhiana Highway, Gharuan, Mohali, Punjab. that delivers education to develop analytical, marginal, and entrepreneurial skills. Christ university is one of the top 5 University for b.com(h) . It ranks 4 among other institutions . The life of Christite is very enriching , practical and joyful . The exposure which Christ gives is comparetively much better than other colleges.
