The minimum percentage require to get admission in any college is 50% of unreserved category while for 45 % for reserved categories. But it depends upon the college so you can try and check the minimum aggregate percentage require to be eligible for the the admission in any college.

Both are private institutions but in the north zone, Chandigarh university is the best place because it has placements and better faculty, better infrastructure.
so I suggest you, Chandigarh university over Manipal Jaipur.

CAT is the entrance exam for MBA and not for BBA. The admission for BBA for Chandigarh university is based on the merit of the class 12 exam.

Yes. Both of these are separate institutes. Christ Academy Institute of Law is an institute affiliated with Karnataka State law university, whereas Christ University law has has an institute called School of law, Christ University affiliated to the Christ University only.
