To get actual aggregate marks of bachelors degree only marks of honors paper are added. In most universities there ate 2 honors paper in 1st and 2nd year while 4 in the final year. Subsidiary paper have no role to play in the aggregate marks for the degree

Coming to your question, I would like to tell you that Chandigarh University is best when compared to cgc landran , as it has good infrastructure and placements scenario when compared with the cgc landran and especially if you are going for the cse branch.
