You need to fill Christian Medical College Vellore MBBS Application form separately to get admission based on your NEET UG score. If you do not register for CMC Vellore MBBS admission on or before the last date your candidature will not be considered even if you have scored decent

As you already know that the last day for CMC, Vellore MBBS admission application for the academic year 2021-22 is June 25, 2021 you cannot apply for it now. The application window may not be re-opened. But do not loose hope you can participate in NEET AIQ and state
