CMC Vellore is a well reputed college and to get admission you must score more than 650 in NEET 2018.
Earlier, CMC use to conduct their own exam for the MBBS course. The level was of the exam was very high compare to AIPMT exam.

If you are registering for cmc then you should have the domicile for tamil nadu. The criteria for domicile is same as directed by government of tamil nadu for admission into MBBS/BDS colleges of the state

Sorry to say it is very hard to get withthatw score... You can start practice now for next year... Or you can join any good reputed coaching centre like sunny coaching classes etc...

Based upon your score in NEET 2018, and the previous year cutoff, chances are less for admission to Government Medical Colleges under All India Quota and state quota. And there is no chance of admission in CMC Ludhiana with this score.
You may have chances in Private Colleges.

CMC does come under NEET, but being a minority institution has some privileges. They conduct one more test to screen the candidates and another test/interview before finalizing the candidates.
And only 12 seats are open seats - 84 seats goes for the minority candidates
