The notification for CISF constable fireman recruitment through sports quota was published in April 2022. The registration process for this recruitment has been closed.
And even if you wait for the next recruitment through sports quota, your state level certificate has no eligibility. According to guidelines a candidate claiming sports quota for team game must fulfill any one of the following
Should have represented the nation at an international championship
Should have won a medal in the national championships for Sr./ Jr. Category
Should have represented a state or equivalent unit in National games
Should have won medal in all India University championship
Should have won gold medal in National school games
Then only you would be eligible for applying through sports quota

Yes, if you have 'A' or 'B' grade in 'C' certificate then NCC 'C' certification provides you 10-15 bonus marks in paramilitary forces recruitment i.e. BSF, CISF, CRPF, SSB etc.
Also,If you have NCC 'C' certificate then your written test for the post of Soldier GD will be waived off.

Candidates who are applying for the CISF recruitment 2020 should of Indian citizens.
Every candidate appearing at the examination who is otherwise eligible shall be permitted 3 attempts at the examination for all the different posts under CISF recruitment 2020.
candidates applying for CISF ASI recruitment 2021 must hold a graduate degree from a recognised university.
that the candidates will be selected on the basis of service records, written examination, physical standard test, physical efficiency test (PET), detailed medical exam.
The final selection will be based in the merit list subject to the provision that the candidate belonging to the general category should have obtained a minimum of 50 percent aggregate marks out of total 200 marks. Those belonging to SC/ST category will have to secure at least 45 percent.
The written exam will have OMR based question paper and consist of multiple-choice questions. Candidates will get a cumulative time of three-and-a-half-hour to finish the paper.
The question paper will have four sections - General Intelligence and reasoning, General awareness & Professional Knowledge, Numerical Ability, Comprehension and communication skill. Each section will be of 50 mark

According to the norms, candidates holding NCC 'C' Certificate will be given 5% of the maximum marks of the examination as incentive/bonus marks in the process of Central Industrial Security Force (CISF) selection. The benefit to NCC Certificate Holder will only be given on production of the original certificate supporting their claims at the time of document verification.

Here is the ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA for CISF female Candidates :
Candidates should have passed intermediate and posses the certificate of same .
Candidates must have the required qualification by the government recognized university.
English typing with a minimum speed of 35 words per minute.
Hindi typing with a minimum speed of 30 words per minute.
The age limit is 18 years-23 years .
The candidates must attempt written exam Conducted by Union Public Service Commission .
Once candidates clear the exam then others tests like physical fitness test, trade test etc need to be given .

CISF stands for Central Industrial Security Force and is a Central Armed Police Forces headed by Ministry of Home Affairs, India.
The age limit is 18 years to 23 years. The candidate must pass 10+2 or equivalent exam from a recognised Board. The average salary for CISF is Rs. 21,000 to Rs. 70,000.
The candidates must write CISF Written exam conducted by Union Public Service Commission. It is conducted once in a year. After clearing the exam there will be other tests like Physical Fitness Test, Trade Test, etc and documentation.
