Sorry to say no. To get SVU you need to get a branch rank atleast below 30 to keep your hopes. Because SVU is one of the top 3 colleges in AP.

suggest you to try hard until 3rd counseling or choose a JNTU Pulivendala or JNTUK Narsaraopet or any other newly established JNTUs in the state or it is better to join in an reputed private college instead of going to newly established JNTUs as they lack in infrastructure.

Always salary depends on some main factors like the college where you will be studying, and how much experience you have in that field. On general, a fresher will be getting 4LPA package.

The more you have experience and knowledge on subject, more will be the package. As a student what i suggest is,  don't check for package but try for good work experience, automatically success follows you.

For the last year, the packages for Civil Engineering branch in JNTU,  Anantapur are good. About 85% of the students from Civil branch got placed. The highest salary package offered is 6 LPA, and the lowest salary package offered is 2 LPA.  Some students also got internships in some good companies. And the highest package goes for CSE branch and it was around 14 LPA.
