The placement in the civil engineering are very low as of now since the last 4-5 years. So there are only two or three good colleges in Uttarakhand:-

Indian Institute of Technology, Roorkee

Hello student you need clear tge aggregate percentage cut off not in individual subjects eligibility criteria for comedk says - Candidates must passed or appearing class 12 with physics chemistry and mathematics with minimum 45 percent marks aggregate from a recognized board.
