As Tancet is the exam conducted for getting seat for good college for MBA/Mtech/MArch/MCA and the cutoff marks will be based on category and resevation and the cutoff marks will be based on no.of candidates appeared in the session, difficulty level of the question paper ,previous years cutoff

sir, i have scrored 32.22 in gate 2020 civil engineering, but the cut off was 32.90 for general category , so there by i m lagging .68 points from main cut off, and i also got scorecard of gate 2020, now sir my question is that can i get any reputed institute by this gate score without stipend???

see your gate score is below the cutoff score, thats why you are not gate qualified and not eligible to take admission in iits or nits which wants gate score, since you are not gate qualified you can not get gate stipend from aicte. cutoff score 32.68, to qualify

Yes mobile phones are allowed inside the college campus, you can use it until and unless you break the college memorandum. That is you are definitely not allowed to use it while lectures or any guest conference meeting.
