Yes, why not. If you have a pecetile above 98.7 then you can surely get a seat in NIT Surathkal, Considering General Category. Lat year the closing rank was around 25k for home State and 11k for Other State.

Yes.. you can take b.arch course after completing diploma course in  civil engineering.... for that you have to complete your diploma course and after that you have to appear for NATA entrance exam after clearing that you can directly get  admission in b.arch ....
