So there are 20% seats reserved for RBA in all government colleges that accept admission through jkcet.  Since you got 29.25 marks , your rank would be somewhere between 1800 and 2200.  If you get a rank within 200 , admission to any branch is confirmed in GCET .

Sorry to say but there is very less chance that you can get MNNIT civil at 16500 rank. Last year closing cutoff of civil engg.  was 15607.

But you can get chemical engg there(closing rank-18010).
