The fees for the civil engineering varies from college to college. Diferrent college have diferrent fees for BTech. For example fees of NITs is- 8-9lakh, IITs- 12-14lakh.

yes you can do btech after completing your diploma in civil engineering. diploma passed candidate can join btech course from second year of btech in particular institution.

there is a exam calls jharkhand lateral entry entrance competitive exam (jceec) which you may attempt to get admission in btech.
